MP visits the newest part of the Milton Keynes New Hospital Programme

As part of the Milton Keynes New Hospital Programme, Milton Keynes University Hospital has recently opened a brand-new Imaging Centre. This new facility brings together CT, MRI, and ultrasound services under one purpose-built roof. In the two months since it opened, it has provided over 8,000 patient scans and diagnostic services. That means better treatment for those who need it. This was funded as part of the Milton Keynes New Hospital Programme. Labour has secured a fully-funded new hospital for Milton Keynes, and this will be delivered over the next few years. Whilst the Conservatives told us a new hospital was on the way, they had no plan to pay for it - Milton Keynes deserves better than that.

It was wonderful to visit the brand new Imaging Centre at Milton Keynes University Hospital, alongside Callum Anderson MP. Bringing together these vital services under one roof will bring better outcomes for patients, and it just another step towards the brand new hospital that Labour has secured for Milton Keynes.

Chris Curtis, Member of Parliament for Milton Keynes North.
